Maritime Trail 2021

Boat Yard & Lady Nelson Cruise

Head to Port Huon to take a private tour through Sean Langman's boat yard (approximately 40 minutes), Noakes Group, where famous vessels like Casilda and Olive May have been meticulously restored and brought back to life. Then jump onboard Tall Ship Lady Nelson for a morning tea cruise around the shores of the Huon River for approximately 2 hours. You'll be back in time for lunch.

EVENT INFORMATION Drive to Sean Langman's boat yard (4517 Huon Hwy, Port Huon), take the 1 hour boat yard tour, drive back to Shipwright's Point Jetty just up the road, jump on Lady Nelson for a 2 hour cruise.

SAFETY & GENERAL INFORMATION Please be advised the boat yard is a live work site. Long pants and closed shoes are mandatory. Small bags only. No toilets on site.

Please wear appropriate clothing and pack for all seasons. Sun protection, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are highly recommended.

ACCESS INFORMATION No wheelchair access, uneven ground and stairs.
